Ghana has gotten three players named in the just ended WAFU Zone B championship team of the tournament.
Ghana won the tournament by defeating Burkina Faso 2:1 in the grand finale on last Saturday.[ads2]
Daniel Afriyie Barnieh and Precious Boah netted the two goals for Ghana whiles Kouame Jean Fiacre Botue scored the consolation for Burkina Faso.
But after the tournament, goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim, Kobina Amoah and Precious Boah have been named in the best eleven players of the tournament.[ads3]
The trio were the only Ghanaian players to made the squad following their spectacular showdowns in the tournament.
Meanwhile, Ghana and Burkina Faso have qualified for the 2021 Africa Youth Championship in Mauritania.[ads4]
