Ghana defender Daniel Amartey has won the England community shield with Leicester City after defeating Manchester City on Saturday.
The 26-year old provided a spectacular showdown to cushion Leicester City to win the trophy at the expense of the defending champions of the English Premier league.[ads2]
It was a late penalty goal from Nigerian international Ikelechi Iheanacho that ensured that Leicester City smacked Manchester City at Wembley.

Amartey enjoyed the entire ninety minutes and was solid at defence, forming an incredible partnership with Turkish Caglar Soyuncur.[ads3]
Iheanacho scored the penalty in the 88th minute with Manchester City even with £100m Jack Grealish failing to bounce back.
This means that Daniel Amartey has added to his cabinet the community shield trophy after winning the FA Cup last season with Leicester City.[ads5]
