Western Region Division Two League outfit Fijai Soccer Academy in collaboration with United States non-governmental organization Portable Practical Educational Preparations (PPEP) have donated health items to the Ketan community to help fight the Coronavirus disease.

Presenting the items to the community, the President of Fijai Soccer Academy and representative of PPEP in the Western Region Mr. Jacob Wemegah who double as an Executive Committee Member of the Western Region Football Association indicated that the gesture forms part of their window’s might to help combat the disease.

Items donated include Veronica buckets, nose marks, toiletries, sanitizers among others.
The Assembly Member of the community Mr. Hon. Kasum Bermah Mingle received the items and expressed his gratitude to both PPEP and Fijai Soccer Academy for the kind gesture.

Meanwhile, Ghana has so far recorded 195 cases of the Coronavirus disease with 5 deaths as of Tuesday April 1, 2020 according to the Ministry of Health.
