Widely known as one of the finest coaches in the local terrain, the former Ebusua Dwarfs gaffer is known as the brain behind the sudden emergence of Samuel Inkoom and Harrison Afful.
After more than a decade of leaving the Kumasi based club, coach Bashir Hayford believes a return to Kotoko is possible since he has not retired from coaching.
“Yes, am a grown up now but cannot rule out the possibility of coaching Asante Kotoko again. Currently am too matured and ready to take up the mantle when necessary”, coach Hayford told Light FM.

He is currently in race for the vacant Ghana Football Association Technical Director position after Oti Akenteng left the post earlier this month after his 14 years of services.
