Ghana Premier League powerhouse, Asante Kotoko have departed for Benin ahead of CAF Champions League fixture against RC Kadiogo.[ads2]
The Porcupine Warriors play the Burkinabe outfit in first leg of the CAF Champions League preliminary round at a neutral venue in Cotonou on Monday, September 12, 2022.
The Ghanaian champions have left Ghana for Benin with a 22-man squad for the cagey encounter.
Coach Seydou Zebra and his charges are expected to return to Ghana with a positive result to boost chances of qualifying to the next round of the tournament.
Kotoko are going into the game without their last season topscorer and best player Franck Mbella Etouga as well as Stephen Amankonah, Rocky Dwamena and Augustine Agyapong.[ads3]
