Ghana Premier League side Asante Kotoko have proposed two venues ahead of their CAF Champions League campaign.
Kotoko will represent Ghana in the upcoming CAF Champions League despite the cancellation of the 2019/20 league season.

But where to play their home matches has become the most talked about as renovation works is currently ongoing at their favorite Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
Speaking on Oyerepa FM, David Obeng Nyarko who is the Special Assistant to the CEO has disclosed that the club has chosen to play their home matches at the Accra Sports Stadium with the Tamale Sports Stadium as the second option which are subject to approval.

“First option is Accra Sports Stadium because of the renovation works and Tamale Sports Stadium as the second option because Kotoko is large there”, David Obeng said on Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM.

Meanwhile Asante Kotoko are yet to commence training after greenlight was given by President Akufo-Addo for contact sports to resume.
