Ghana Premier league giants Hearts of Oak will play their CAF Champions league game against CI Kamsar behind closed doors.
The Phobians will be hosting the Guinean outfit on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the Accra Sports Stadium.[ads2]
But the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has ruled that the cagey encounter should be played without supporters at the stadium.
The decision was taken by the African football governing body during the technical meeting on Saturday.[ads3]
Due to the political unrest in Guinea, CAF had to cancel the first-leg, directing that the Sunday clash will be a one-off at the Accra Sports Stadium.
This comes as a blow to Hearts of Oak who have already announced ticket rates for the titanic encounter.
Meanwhile, the winner of the clash will qualify to the last round before the group stage and it will be against Wydad Athletic.[ads5]
