The Players & Coaches Statues Committee of the Ghana Football Association has found Asante Kotoko guilty of contract breaches with former coach Kjetil Zachariassen, and have asked to pay compensation.

Coach Zachariassen dragged Kotoko to the Players & Coaches Statues Committee after his contract with Kotoko was terminated, four months after his recruitment from Ashgold.

In his plea, the lawyer of coach Zachariassen, Ntow Gyan Prosper asked the Committee to ensure Kotoko pay his client all his arrears.

Our reliable source indicate that, the Players & Coaches Statues Committee have declared Asante Kotoko losers, ordering the club to pay the Norwegian $12,425 and GH¢660 within the next 14 days.
Coach Kjetil Zachariassen was sacked as Asante Kotoko head coach after the team’s elimination from the both CAF Champions League and the Confederation Cup.
