Yaw Asumadu was granted a GHS 10,000 bail with two sureties for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old by the Tarkwa Circuit Court. The 30-year-old farmer pleaded not guilty on the charge of defilement and would appear before court again on Monday, September 17. Mr. Aggrey has been in the sickbed for some time now and unfortunately was pronounced dead earlier this morning.
