The Election’s Committee’s decision to disqualify George Afriyie from contesting in the Ghana Football Association’s presidential race has been upheld by the Appeals Committee per a directive on Monday, September 18, 2023. The earlier decision which makes Kurt Edwin Simon Okraku the sole candidate and therefore makes him ran unopposed and secure a second term in office is upheld.
