The people of Sekondi and its environs will have the excitement of their lives as top Ghanaian football stars will come together to play an exhibition match at the Sekondi Methodist Park.
The much awaiting exhibition game has been scheduled for August 22, 2021 with top football stars like Joseph Ato Bissah, William Opoku Mensah, Justice Ato Mensah, Leonard Tawiah, Nana Egyir, Mathew Kelvin Andoh and host of others dazzling on the newly constructed artificial turf in Sekondi.
The game will serve as a friendly between Ato Bissah’s best eleven as against that of Justice Ato Mensah combined with that of William Opoku Mensah who currently plays for Rwandan outfit Mukura Victory with the proceeds to be given to charity.
This will be the second time the event is coming on after the first ended 2:2 with both Joseph Ato Bissah and William Opoku Mensah scoring all the goals for their respective sides.
Other players to partake in the event will be Asante Kotoko quartet of Emmanuel Gyamfi, Latif Anabila, Christopher Nettey and goalkeeper Kwame Baah, Benjamin Afutu formerly of Hearts of Oak, Philip Flamini of Sekondi Hasaacas, Ebenezer Ocran, Ampem Dacosta of AshantiGold FC, Daniel Nii Adjei of Elmina Sharks, and Skyy FC sensation Ebenezer Adukwaw among other top football stars in the country..
