Ghana Premier League heavyweight, Asante Kotoko have secured a partnership deal with English Premier League side Southampton.
The deal was announced by Asante Kotoko after fruitful discussions between the leadership of the two clubs.[ads2]
The partnership deal forms part of the restructuring and development of Asante Kotoko into viable model in Ghana and Africa at large.
With Southampton nurturing world stars like Gareth Bale, Luke Shaw, Adam Lallana, Theo Walcott and host of others, the new partnership deal will see Asante Kotoko youth side developing into a modern standards.[ads3]
Southampton becomes the second English club to partner Asante Kotoko after Sunderland in 2011.
