Ghana legend, Asamoah Gyan has tipped Ernest Nuamah to reach the very apex of his football career following his impressive showdown for the Black Meteors in Algeria clash.[ads2]
The FC Nordsjaelland attacker was a delight to watch when Ghana defeated Algeria in the U-23 AFCON qualifiers at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Tuesday with Fatawu Issahaku of Sporting Lisbon scoring the only goal to give the Black Meteors a 2:1 aggregate scoreline.
After his explosive performance against Algeria, Ernest Nuamah has enjoy praises from some Ghanaian football loving fans including three-time African best player of the year Abedi Ayew Pele.[ads3]
Joining the numerous of personalities praising the 19-year old, Asamoah Gyan who is currently Ghana’s all-time leading topscorer tweeted that, “Another next big thing for Ghana. Check out the jersey number his is wearing.”
Ernest Nuamah started his career with Right to Dream Academy in Ghana before joining FC Nordsjælland in January 2022.[ads4]
He made his debut on April 10, 2022 when he came on in the 67th minute for Magnus Kofod Andersen to score an 84th minute goal in a 2–2 draw to Aarhus GF.
Nuamah was adjudged as the team’s man of the match at the end of the match, and on March 19, 2023, he scored two goals including the winning goal in a 2-1 win against Brondby.[ads5]
