Libyan giant, Al-Ahly Benghazi have entered the race to sign Ghanaian midfielder Kwame Bonsu Conte.
Kwame Bonsu who has exceptional for Esperance de Tunis since joining in July, 2019 on a four-year deal from Ghanaian giant Asante Kotoko has emerged as a transfer target for the Libya top-flight side.[ads2]
According to reports, the Benghazi based club have made an offer of about US$200,000 to Esperance de Tunis for the services of the Ghanaian midfielder who is also a target for some top-notch clubs in the continent.
The offer from Ahly Benghazi is said to have pushed Esperance de Tunis into a state of dilemma on whether to let go Kwame Bonsu or reject the profitable deal from the Libyan club.[ads3]
Kwame Bonsu joined Esperance de Tunis as the replacement for Cameroonian midfielder Frank Kom who left the Tunisian giant to Qatari side Al-Rayyan Sporting Club.
Since joining Esperance de Tunis in July, 2019, Kwame Bonsu Conte has established himself as one of the important players for the Tunisian giant.[ads4]
He has won the Tunisian league, Super Cup trophies with Esperance de Tunis and was spectacular during the 2019 FIFA Club World Cup.[ads5]
