Ajax FC midfielder, Kudus Mohammed is expected to join Black Stars camp in Cameroon on Wednesday.
The 21-year old failed to join the Black Stars earlier for the AFCON 2021 following Ajax FC refusal to release the talented midfielder for Ghana.[ads2]
According to Ajax FC, the young midfielder was recovering from a rib injury he sustained during Ghana’s world cup qualifier game against South Africa.
But according to ace sports journalist, Saddick Adams ‘Obama’ who is currently in Cameroon for the AFCON 2021, Ajax FC have cleared the midfielder and he is expected to join the Black Stars camp on Wednesday.[ads3]
It is believed that the Ghana FA are preparing for the flight ticket of the former FC Nordsjaelland talisman to join the Black Stars camp in Cameroon for the AFCON.
Kudus Mohammed might play in Ghana second game of the AFCON against Gabon on Friday barring any changes.[ads4]
Ghana was defeated by a goal to nil by Morocco in first game of the AFCON with Sofiane Boufal scoring the only goal in the cagey encounter.
Ghana will have to beat Gabon and ComorosĀ in the next games to be able to secure a qualification to the knockout round of the tournament.[ads5]
