Ghana Premier League newbies, Accra Lions have sacked head coach Rainer Kraft, according to reports in the media.
The German tactician has been fired due to the club’s poor performance in the Ghana top-flight league.[ads2]
Coach Rainer guided Accra Lions to the Ghana Premier League for the very first time in the club’s history after emerging winners of the zone III of the Ghana Division One League.
He won only two matches as head coach of Accra Lions after six games, drawing just one with three defeats against Great Olympics, Dreams FC and Bibiani Gold Stars.[ads5]
