Vice President, Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia has received a plaque from Hasaacas Ladies on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.
This was a sign of appreciation to the vice president for his support to the team before the WAFU Cup in Ivory Coast.[ads2]
Before Hasaacas Ladies could travel to Ivory Coast for the tournament, the Vice President donated $10,000 to the club before other philanthropists stepped in to also offer their supports.
The team went all the way to win the tournament to complete a treble in the just ended season after winning the Ghana Women’s Premier league and the FA Cup all of which they defeated Ampem Darkoa Ladies in the finals.[ads3]
The management of the team and the playing body on Wednesday visited the Vice President to present to him the trophies of which he again donated Gh¢50,000.00 to the team for winning the three trophies.
As a sign of showing their appreciation, the management of Hasaacas Ladies presented to the Vice President a plaque to say thank.
Meanwhile, Hasaacas Ladies will return to the Western Region to present the trophies to the Western Regional Minister and other personalities in the region.[ads5]
