The 27-year old netminder has emerged as a top transfer target for Nsoatreman FC who are augmenting squad for the 2022/23 league season.
According to sources, Ofori Antwi, a native of Nsoatre in the Bono Region, has entered crunch talks with Nsoatreman FC for a possible transfer before the next league season commence.
The former Asante Kotoko goalkeeper was phenomenal for Legon Cities in the Ghana Premier League last season and was one of the reasons why the team escaped relegation.
He joined Legon Cities in 2021 from Medeama Sporting Club after an incredible stint with the Tarkwa-based club.
Ofori Antwi has a year left on his contract with Legon Cities FC and sources say he may be playing for Nsoatreman FC next season should negotiations end in success.
The former Amidaus Professionals shot-stopper was in 2013 appointed as the number one goalkeeper of the Ghana national under-20 football team for the African Youth Championship.
He was crowned the most valuable player in the aforementioned tournament and was part of the Ghana squad for the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup.
