Ghana midfielder Ernestina Abambila has been named the best foreign player in the Polish women’s league.
Abambila accumulated 189 out of 531 votes to win the enviable award as the 2021 best foreign player in the Polish women’s league.[ads2]
The former Hasaacas Ladies attacking midfielder had a magnificent first round campaign with TME UKS SMS Lodz in the Polish league hence winning the award.
She ended the first round of the league season playing twelve matches, scored two goals with four assists.[ads3]
Abambila joined TME UKS SMS LODZ in July, 2021 on a two-year deal after leaving fellow Polish side KKPK Medyk Konin following the expiration of her contract at end of the season.[ads5]
