Former Asante Kotoko head coach, Maxwell Konadu has been linked to the Black Stars second assistant coach job.
According to reports in the local media, the Ghana Football Association is considering appointing the 48-year old has one of the assistant coaches for the Black Stars.[ads2]
The Ghana FA is close to appointing Serbian tactician Milovan Rajevac as the new Black Stars head coach after the sacking of CK Akonnor over poor performance.
It is believed that Borussia Dortmund youth team coach Otto Addo will be named the first Black Stars assistant coach with Maxwell Konadu has the second assistant.[ads3]
Reports has it that, the government of Ghana has given the Ghana FA the greenlight to announce Milovan Rajevac as the new head coach of the Black Stars with a monthly salary of $45,000.00.
Maxwell Konadu has been with Ghana Premier league side Legon Cities after being sacked by Asante Kotoko after five matches in the 2020/21 league season.[ads5]
