The Ghana U-23 side, Black Meteors were beaten once again by South Korea in a second friendly match on Tuesday.
The Black Meteors were defeated 2:1 by the South Koreans in the international friendly this morning.[ads2]
Before the game, the Black Meteors has been thumped 3:1 in the first game against South Korea on last Saturday.
The Koreans took the lead in the first half after splitting Ghana’s defence to score the first goal before halftime.
Despite conceding the first goal, Ghana managed to respond with Joselpho Barnes restoring parity in just five minutes into the second half of the game.[ads3]
But minutes later, the Koreans restored the lead after Ghana’s goalkeeper William Esso gave out the ball from a goal kick for the Koreans to score the winner.
The defeat means Ghana lost all the four matches in their Asian tour. They lost 10-0 to Japan in two legs.[ads4]
