Ghanaian youngster Abdul Fatawu-Issahaku has joined English Premier League heavyweight Liverpool FC.
The 17-year old has joined Liverpool on a five-year deal after a successful negotiations.
He put pen to paper for the Reds after completing his medicals in a German hospital on Friday after his deal with Bayer Leverkusen failed.
The Ghana U17 star was close to joining Bayer Leverkusen but the deal failed due to a reported dubious behavior of his adviser.
Though the financial terms remains unavailable, it is believed that it is twice more than Leverkusen wanted to offer.
Fatawu-Issahaku was very instrumental when Ghana won the 2019 U17 AFCON in Mauritania and was adjudged the best player of the tournament.
