AshantiGold Sporting Club winger Yaw Annor is hoping to be called into the Ghana senior male national team for the upcoming AFCON qualifiers in March.
Ghana will play South Africa on March 22 before hosting Sao Tome and Principe in the final Group C qualifier on March 30.[ads2]
Multiple reports in the local media reveal that coach CK Akonnor is determined to add more of the locally-based players to the squad for the two matches.
Speaking in an interview on Ezra FM in Kumasi, Yaw Annor who has been spectacular for AshantiGold Sporting Club this season stated that he is ready to don the Black Stars jersey for the two games when given the chance.[ads3]

Yaw Annor joined AshantiGold Sporting Club on a three-year deal from Bechem United last year.[ads4]
