Karela United have signed former Hearts of Oak striker Maxwell Boakye.
The talented goal poacher has joined the Ayinase-based club after a successful negotiations.[ads2]
Boakye has joined Karela United from division one league outfit Goldstars FC.
He has been playing for Bibiani Goldstars FC since leaving Hearts of Oak in 2016.[ads3]
He is expected to strengthen Karela United attack of Diawisie Taylor and Kwame Boateng who have combined to score 14 goals so far this season.
Maxwell Boakye netted 10 goals for Goldstars FC in 13 before 2019/20 league season was truncated due to the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus.
He played for Hearts of Oak from 2013-2016 before joining Bibiani Goldstars FC.
