The International Reggae and World Music Awards has been held successfully on March 21, 2020 at the AC Marriott Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica without audience due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Ghanaian dancehall gem Stonebwoy continued amassing the awards as he was adjudged the best African Reggae/ Dancehall Entertainer in the 2020 International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA).
The BET-award winner took to his twitter page to announced that he has won the award which becomes his first international award this year.

The Most Original hit-maker beat off competition from fellow Ghanaian artistes Shatta Wale and Epixode alongside Nigerian duo Patoranking and Burna Boy to win the award.

Aside Stonebwoy, Fancy Gadam who is the CEO of Gadam Nation was declared the best afrobeat entertainer whilst DJ Switch was named best young entertainer.
