The Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) has dismissed Wilfred Osei Palmer’s case against the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

It would be recalled that Wilfred Osei Palmer was disqualified from the Ghana FA Presidential race by the Vetting Committee of then Normalization Committee, citing issues of integrity against the Tema Youth FC CEO.
Osei Palmer deemed the ruling by the Vetting Committee as unfair and forwarded the case to CAS.

Osei Palmer’s was seeking for a new Ghana FA Presidential race elections and the chance to contest the other subsequent elections.
