Ghana drew 2:2 with Benin in the opening game on last Tuesday and are determined to beat Cameroon today boost chances of making it to the knockout phase.
Inter Milan midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has been given a starting berth as well as Abdul Baba Rahman and Jonathan Mensah.
Richard Ofori will be in poles for Ghana with Jonathan Mensah, Kasim Nuhu Adams, Baba Rahman and Andy Yiadom forming the defense line.
Mubarak Wakaso teams up with Thomas Teye Partey alongside Kwadwo Asamoah in the midfield.
The game is scheduled for 5:00PM today at the Ismailia Stadium in Egypt.
