Former Elmina Sharks centre-back Enock Abakrow has retired from active football at the age of 24.
Abakrow has been unattached since leaving Ghana Premier League side Elmina Sharks in November 2017.
His decision to quit football at that tender age comes as shocking news to many considering his enormous qualities as a player.

The former Sekondi Eleven Wise player announced on a his Facebook timeline that, “Difficult decision but let me use this to thank you all for your support giving me on the field, now I have to make it official that I have quite football at age 24. Big sorry to my fans and the football fraternity God time is the best.

Enock Abakrow started his footballing career at Western region lower tier side Unicorn FC before joining Ghana Wise FC and later to Tarkwa United.
He has also played for Sekondi Eleven Wise, Karela United and Elmina Sharks FC.
