A student of the Takoradi Technical Institute (TTI) has shocked the world after developing a prototype excavator that use water to operate.
This was contained in a video going viral on social media with many applauding the young student for such an amazing work.[ads2]
The student appealed to the government and the well-to-do in the country to offer huge support for such amazing works.
