After scoring against South Africa last Sunday, Black Stars skipper Andre Ayew has moved to the fifth position on the Black Stars all-time top scorers list.
Ayew scored the only from the spot when Ghana defeated South Africa last Sunday at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium to reach the playoff round of the qualifiers.[ads2]
The Ghana captain converted the penalty in the 33rd minute after Daniel Amartey was brought down in the penalty box by a South African defender.

The goal has now increased Andre Ayew goal tally for Ghana to 22, just three goals separating him and Karim Abdul Razak who sit fourth on the list.
