Asante Kotoko striker Naby Keita is optimistic that the club will qualify at the expense of ES Setif in the CAF Confederation Cup playoff.

The Porcupine Warriors lost the first leg tie 1:2 to ES Setif at the Accra Sports Stadium last weekend with Kwame Opoku scoring the consolation for the Ghana Premier League heavyweight.[ads2]

But Naby Keita who missed a penalty in the encounter has stated that Asante Kotoko will be traveling to Algeria with the motive of beating ES Setif to secure a qualification to the group stages of the competition.[ads3]

The Guinea international added although he missed a penalty in the first leg, he is willing to make amends should they get the opportunity again in Setif.

“We are going to Algeria to fight for qualification. If along the line we get a penalty and I am in the team, I would go for it. If the game goes on penalties and I am on the field, I would fearlessly put myself up”, he told Kotoko Express..[ads5]
