Versatile gospel musician, Piesie Esther has grabbed the best gospel song of the year at the 2023 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards on Saturday, May 6, 2023.
With her hit single, ‘Waye me yie’, Piesie Esther defeated competitions from Celestine Donkor, Diana Hamilton, Joe Mettle, Perez Muzik, Bethel Revival Choir, Awura Abena and MOG Music.
The Empareme hit-maker had seven nominations in this year’s edition of the prestigious awards.
