[ads5]Jordan Ayew has been crowned best footballer of the 45th edition of the MTN Swag Awards held at the Swiss Spirit Alisa Hotel in Accra today.
The Crystal Palace attacker has named the best Ghanaian player following his incredible showdown for the English Premier League outfit last season.
Ayew scored 9 goals for Crystal Palace last season in 39 matches, winning the team’s best player, Players’ player of the season as well as the best goal award.[ads4]
Asante Kotoko goalkeeper, Felix Annan was also adjudged the best local footballer of the year, beating off competition from former AshantiGold SC talisman Shafiu Mumuni as well as Dreams FC attacker Joseph Esso.
