Sarkodie endorses Akufo-Addo

Celebrated Ghanaian rapper Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie has endorsed President Akufo-Addo for another term in office.

Sarkodie endorsed the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer in his new song ‘Happy Day’ which features reigning VGMA artiste of the year Kuami Eugene.

According to Sarkodie, President Akufo-Addo has done extraordinary well with his free Senior High School policy and would be happy to see the president retaining the seat in the forthcoming general elections.

In the song, Sarkodie stated that, “If I talked complained about ‘Dumsor’ and I also hit on inflation but today if there is electricity and my kids will go to school free, then Nana ‘toaso’ (Nana continue).”

Sarkodie has joined the likes of Shatta Wale, Samini, Empress Gifty and others who have endorsed President Akufo-Addo for another term in office.

Meanwhile, the main opposition party , National Democratic Congress (NDC) have also seen the likes of Mzbel, Rex Omar campaigning for them.
