Ghana Premier League giants, Hearts of Oak have officially expressed interest in Great Olympics midfielder Gladson Awako.
The Phobians have written to Great Olympics requesting for the availability of the former Ghana U20 midfield dynamo.[ads2]
Awako has been a prime target for the reigning Ghana Premier league champions as they seek to bolster their squad for the next season’s CAF Champions League campaign.
The 31-year old will have his contract with Great Olympics expiring in October this year after signing a year deal last year as a free agent.[ads3]
Awako shone in the league with seven goals and assisted six in as many games and was awarded man of the match four times plus two player of the month awards.

His inclusion will strengthen the Hearts of Oak midfield that comprise of Benjamin Afutu, Emmanuel Nettey, Frederick Ansah Botchway and host of others.
