Accra Hearts of Oak have announced the signing of Defender, Kelvin Osei Asibey from Techiman Eleven Wonders.
The enterprising center back joins the Phobians on a three year deal a three-year deal with a the option for a one year extension after passing medicals last week .
Kelvin Osei Asibey had a wonderful season with the Division One League side, Eleven Wonders where he guided them to the Zone 1 play-off against Bofoakwa Tano at the Accra Sports Stadium where they lost 5-4 on penalties after playing 1-1 within regulation time .
Osei Asibey played 25 out of the 30 matches in Zone 1, winning 7 MVPs, scoring 2 goals with just 1 yellow card without getting a red card through the whole season..
