Ghana Premier League side AshantiGold Sporting Club have been booted out of the CAF Confederation Cup by Salitas FC.
Having drew goalless in the first leg tie at the Lenclay Sports Stadium last weekend, AshantiGold Sporting Club couldn’t had their way through to the next stage of the competition by losing 2:1 to Salitas FC in Burkina Faso on Saturday evening.[ads2]
A brace from Oliver Boissy for Salitas FC at the Stade 4 has denied AshantiGold Sporting Club the chance to qualify for the next stage of the competition.
Boissy broke the deadlock on the 22nd minute of the first half before adding the second at the dying embers of the first department of the game.[ads3]

The Miners returned from the tunnel to get the equalizer but all efforts from Mark Agyekum, Amos Kofi Nkrumah and Hans Kwoffie were fruitless as the game ended 2:1 in favor of the Burkina Faso side.[ads5]
