A young man in his early thirties has beheaded his mother at Opeinimso near Asamankese in the Eastern Region.
According to reporters, the incident happened on Monday (December 21) dawn around 2:00am.[ads2]
What led to the gruesome act is not yet known but the culprit who has Ben identified as Quarcoe has gone hiding with the police still after him.[ads3]
The body of the deceased – Adwoa Ayare – has been retrieved from the pool of blood by the police and deposited at the Asamankese Government hospital morgue.
