Former Hearts of Oak midfielder Kofi Abanga has heralded coach Samuel Boadu for transforming the club to a title challenging side.
According to Kofi Abanga, he has never seen Hearts of Oak playing better football than under current head coach Samuel Boadu.[ads2]
Although the management have contributed keenly to the team’s incredible form this season, Kofi Abanga believes coach Samuel Boadu deserve the praises.
In an interview with Takoradi-based Ahoto FM, Kofi Abanga said that, “yes the players are doing well because the management is working but coach Samuel Boadu deserves to be praised.”[ads3]
Hearts of Oak are currently challenging for this year’s Ghana Premier league title, a thing they last won in 2009.
The Phobians are currently sitting at the summit of the Ghana Premier league with 59 points, same as bitterest rivals Asante Kotoko who are occupying the second position after thirty matches.
The two clubs will have to settle the score when they face off at the Accra Sports Stadium in week 31 of the Ghana Premier league this Sunday.[ads5]
