Inter Allies named biggest exporter of football talents in Africa

Ghanaian club, Inter Allies is the number one club in Africa with the highest transfer of outgoing players in the last decade.

This was published by the world football governing body, FIFA after research into transfer dealings (sales) of clubs in every confederation over the past decade.[ads2]

According to FIFA, Inter Allies, who have been relegated to the division one league in the just ended Ghana Premier League season, managed to sell 64 players in the last ten years with Egyptian side Wadi Degla coming second with 52.

Notable among the 52 players that Inter Allies have sold include Celta Vigo defender Joseph Aidoo, Clifford Aboagye, Baba Mensah, Ropapa Mensah, Patrick Kpodo, Abdul Halik and Victorien Adebayor and most of them were sold to the Scandinavian clubs notably in Swedish, Denmark and Norway.[ads3]

Other Ghanaian clubs like WAFA SC, Dreams FC, Right to Dream Academy, Liberty Professionals, Berekum Chelsea, Charity Stars, Asante Kotoko and Medeama Sporting Club made the list.[ads5]
