The Member of Parliament for Effia Constituency in the Western Region, Joseph Cudjoe has said he is hoping the speaker of the 8th Parliament Alban Bagbin will betray his party NDC.

“Alban Bagbin deserves the top position and I must congratulate him but I was hoping my party member Mike Aaron Oquaye could have retained the position”, he said.

“Just like the way Martin Amidu disappointed us, am only hoping that Alban Bagbin will do same to the NDC, I know he is a fair-minded person but am hoping he will not contour to the pressure from his party”, Hon. Joseph Cudjoe told Angel TV.[ads3]
