I have an unfinished business with Asante Kotoko – Emmanuel Agyemang Badu

Former Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has aid he has an unfinished business with Asante Kotoko.

The 30-year old midfielder played for Asante Kotoko in the 2008/09 season before leaving for Udinese Calcio in 2010 after a loan spell at Recreativo in Spain.[ads2]

Currently, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu is playing for Italian Serie A outfit Hellas Verona hoping to cement his position in the team.

But after years of leaving Asante Kotoko, the former Berekum Arsenal midfielder believes he has an unfinished business with the Ghana Premier League record holders.[ads3]

In an interview, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu was not definite on whether he will be joining Asante Kotoko as a player or part of the technical team.

“If I retire from football, I won’t return to play again but I will enter into coaching.I have an unfinished business with Asante Kotoko because it is my dream to work for the club in future”, he said.[ads4]

Emmanuel Agyemang Badu is currently no more with the Black Stars after announcing his retirement from international duties few days ago.

He capped 78 matches for Ghana, scoring 11 goals as a midfielder since making his debut in 2008.

He won the Africa Youth Championship trophy for Ghana as well as the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2009.[ads5]
