Accra Hearts of Oak have released a statement on Federation of International Football Association directing a payment of USD 14, 002 be made to former Coach Slavko Matic on contractual breaches leading to the exit of the Serbian gaffer.
Slavco Matic fell out with the Phobians halfway into his tenure for the 2022/2023 BetPawa Premier League leading to bizarre exit which meant he was even prevented from training by the Club’s support base.
The Accra-based side revealed they are in agreement with FIFA’s directive and had already made efforts to clear the debt.
In addition, Hearts revealed other demands by Slavco Matic were dismissed by FIFA leaving only the salaries and compensations amassing to USD 14, 002.
