The Ghana Football Association has named a shortlist of players who have been exceptional for the October 2023 NASCO Player of the Month award.
A list of five players were named for their outstanding performances for their respective clubs during the month under review.
The nominated players are namely;
Isaac Mintah of Aduana FC with 4 goals in four matches played in October winning an MVP title to his credit.
Abdul Manaf Umar of Nsoatreman FC has also been nominated with 3 goals in three appearances he made in October and has an MVP title to his credit.
Bibiani GoldStars’ Appiah Maccarthy is also in the list with 3 goals in four matches for GoldStars which have seen them climb to the top half of the league log.
Nurudeen Yussif Mohammed of Asante Kotoko SC made 4 appearances for Asante Kotoko in the month under review and earned an MVP for his incredible performance in the heart of defence.
Heart of Oak defender Michael Ampadu won two MVP titles in the four matches played to also make the list for for the October player of the month nominations.
The ultimate winner of the award will receive a 43-inch NASCO Television set sponsored by Electroland Ghana Limited as his reward.
