Aduana Stars defender Farouk Adams has been granted bail by the Berekum Circuit Court on Thursday.
This was after a court hearing of the case today.
Adams was arrested by the police after hitting a police constable with his car and leaving the officer to death.[ads2]
The incident is said to have happened in Dormaa Ahenkro in the Bono East Region.
The experienced centre-back is said to have hit the police officer who had closed from a shift at Asuotiano – Berekum road.[ads3]
The police officer is said to have died at the spot but Farouk Adams was made to spent two weeks in remand.
