Castro was undoubtedly the biggest music artist in the western region and will rank among the top artists in the country during the era of 2003 till his eventually missing in 2014.
During that era, Castro treated the entire Ghanaian population to some yearly soothing hits and when the nation asked for more, sometimes in a year he served four.
These hits included; Aduaba which was released in 2004, African Girls, Sradenam, Abongo Lorry, Toffee, Wo Nso Frewo, Boneshaker, Odo Pa ft Black Stars general captain Asamoah Gyan and Kofi Kinaata, Back On and On also featuring Asamoah Gyan among others.
He was on a joint with Sarkodie which is the most streamed Ghanaian song on YouTube till date, Adonai, clocking 64 million views.
Saturday, July 6, 2019 will be exactly 6 years since he disappeared. And it will not be out of place to be banging some back-to-backs from the camp of one of the best musicians to have emanated from the Western Region.
