Nigerian senator Kashamu Buruji has died of the deadly Coronavirus.
Senator Buruji is said to have died on August 8, 2020 after battling Coronavirus.

This was made known by his colleague senator Murray-Bruce on Twitter on Saturday.
“I have just lost my good friend of forever to #COVID19. Until his death, Sen. Buruji Kashamu and I were inseparable. He died today at First Cardiology Consultants, in Lagos. May his gentle soul rest in peace. I pray his family and loved ones the fortitude to bear this heavy loss.” Murray-Bruce tweeted.

Senator Kashamu Buruji represented the Ogun East in the 8th National Assembly in May.
He died at the age of 62.
