The monthly allowances of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Executive Council has been approved.
It would be recalled that, the Ghana FA ad-hoc Compensation Committee headed by the Managing Director of Hearts of Oak, Frederick Moore proposed allowances to be given to the Executive Council of the Ghana FA.
In their proposal, it was stated that the Ghana FA President Kurt Okraku should be given GH¢12,000 monthly whilst his Vice Mark Addo should get GH¢7,000.

The other Executive Council members was stipulated in the proposal to be given GH¢4,000 each.
Before going by the proposal, the Ghana FA had to present it to Congress for approval.

At the 26th Ordinary Congress today, the proposal has been unanimously accepted by the Congress.

A statement from the Ghana FA reads, “Congress by a majority decision too has approved the proposal by the Ad-hoc Compensation Committee.
