Hon. Joe Ghartey, the member of Parliament for Essikado/Ketan has tasked the management of Sekondi Eleven Wise to qualify the club to the Ghana Premier League.
According to the renowned politician who was once a chairman of the Club believes Eleven Wise is above division two and even the division one league considering their rich history.

At the inauguration of the newly management team of the club, Hon Joe Ghartey stated that he is worried about the current situation of the club and has tasked the management to try as much as possible to qualify the team to the Ghana Premier League since that is the place Sekondi Eleven Wise belongs to.

“Wise shouldn’t be in the division two, that’s not the level of the club. It’s worrying to see the great club in such a situation. I urge the management to bring the team to the premiership”, he said.

Sekondi Eleven Wise have not tasted the Ghana Premier League since their elimination in 2010 and subsequently relegated to the division two.
