The Confederation of African Football (CAF), has released approval notice on venues submitted by Asante Kotoko SC and AshantiGold SC for their upcoming CAF Champions League and CAF Confederations Cup matches respectively.
Asante Kotoko SC kick start the Africa campaign this weekend on the road to FC Nouadhibou in Mauritania while Ashantigold SC stays in Obuasi to play Salitas FC.[ads2]
AshantiGold Sporting Club have had the Lenclay Sports Stadium approved for the preliminary stages of the CAF Confederation Cup and the Cape Coast Sports Stadium for the subsequent stages.
Whiles Asante Kotoko have had the Accra Sports Stadium approved for the CAF Champions League campaign.[ads3]
This comes after a thorough checks by the CAF inspection team on the various venues submitted by both clubs.[ads5]
